Orders for products supplied by Funky Hampers are subject to our terms and conditions of order.

Price & Availability

The contents include sections are subject to change. This is especially the case with the Sweet Hampers. As we source the sweets from lots of different suppliers we sometimes have to replace out of stock items with a portion of sweets of a similar value. We always try our hardest to offer a product as similar as possible. If you wish to have the exact selection of sweets shown on the contents include section, please email us for confirmation that all the items are in stock.

We reserve the right to substitute items chosen by you when ordering a build your own hamper for similar items if the item you chose is out of stock. If you require the exact contents of a build your own hamper, please email us as soon as you have placed your order and advise that the contents must be identical. This can sometimes delay the dispatch of your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price changing after you have placed your order but before the item is shipped we will contact you to advise of any changes before proceeding. Or may cancel your order and refund the full cost to you.

All images on our website are for reference only. The product you receive may vary from the actual image. This is especially the case with our range of retro sweets as external packaging and the shape or size of the sweet itself may vary based on manufacturer.

All weights shown on this website are approximate. Where a product or sweet has a weight or quantity, this can vary.

We endeavour to keep our images as upto date as possible but on occasions where a certain item is out of stock we may substitute it for a similar item of similar value.

Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, Funky Hampers reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website, stock holdings and prices displayed. In the event of an order already being placed for an item with an error we reserve the right to fully refund you without notice.

Funky Hampers does not guarantee product availability beyond current stock holdings.

Age Restriction

We will not sell wine to anyone under the age of 18 years old. You will be asked to verify your age at checkout and by placing an order for alcohol you are confirming that you are aged 18 years old or over. If you are buying alcohol as a gift or as part of a gift, the recipient must be over the age of 18 years old. If couriers are in doubt about the recipients age, they will request a valid form of identification. Failure to produce such identification will result in the couriers not delivering the gift.

Out of Stock Orders

We do our best to hold all items in stock but sometimes we run out. If we sell out of a particular hamper then this should be noted on the website. If we run out of a specific item from a hamper then we will do our best to replace with an equivalent item or send the item separately. Please read the product pages as we will add stock alerts the moment we are made aware of any problems.

Your Responsibilities

We can only make a delivery to the address you request on the order. We are not able to guarantee the item will be delivered to the person named on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient knows the gift is coming on the day requested. This is especially the case for deliveries to large businesses or hospitals. We will guarantee the item is delivered to the address given. Any problems with orders not arriving with the recipient must be reported within 48 hours of the requested delivery date or we will be unable to help in sourcing the shipment.
