We have confidence in all of our products and set the highest standards to all of the gifts which we allow onto our website. If you receive a product and you are not happy with its quality, we offer a free returns and refund service. This service does not cover items ordered in error, or other issues due to customer error but if you are not happy with the overall quality of a product or if it has arrived more than 3 days after your requested delivery date then we can offer a full refund.
How it Works.
1- Send a message to us via our online contact form or by replying to an email we have sent.
2- Advise your order number and the product you are unhappy with.
3- We will reply with your free returns address
4- Package the item back up in the box we sent it to you in and add the freepost address to the outside and return in the post.
5- Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.
If you would like to return an item ordered in error or any other reason not shown above, please simply return to the address below. Please provide a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the product with all warranty cards, manuals etc. in the original box to:
Please note this policy excludes all our flower products, confectionery or food products with a use by date as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation, as well as all personalised items. We will consider refunds if there has been an error on our part but this excludes where we have had to amend a personalisation due to not being given the correct details on the order. Orders can be cancelled by emailing us via our contact us section. Once your order status has been changed to shipped we are unable to amend any delivery details.
We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full once the item is returned to us. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.
