What We Expect
It will be busier than usual so please get your bulk orders in as early as possible. Single orders can be placed via the website as usual.

Any changes in dispatch times will be shown on the website and at checkout. Just bear in mind that deliveries can take a little longer in specific areas and exact day delivery is not guaranteed so try and order a day or two before.

Please bear in mind that our non dispatch teams may be working from home so we advise contact via email for the quickest response. Customer Service phone calls may go to an overflow contact centre.

What We Have Done To Prepare
We have setup three dispatch warehouses this year and an additional warehouse for overflow. This means that all of our dispatch staff are spread over much more floor space so can easily socially distance during their entire shift.

We have strict hygiene rules with regular hand washing and sanitising as well as extra cleaning regimes.

We have purchased large amounts of additional stock and reserved specific collection slots with our distribution network so we can handle as many orders as possible.

What You Need To Do
-Order ASAP and schedule your delivery for the future if required. This at least reserves your delivery slot. You can choose any date upto the end of the year.

-Understand that exact delviery days are not guaranteed, choose an earlier date to be safe

-Try and make contact via email where possible as staff may be remote working.
