Tasting Notes

APPEARANCE: Red ruby claret colour with light purple hints AROMA: Powerful and fruity with clear varietal influence, excellent crianza and nice toasted aromas coming from the oak quality. PALATE: Full in the mouth and soft, fresh and ripe fruit appreciated, reminiscent of blackberries and cherries with a vanilla touch. This wine has undergone a period of one year in oak giving beautiful hints of vanilla amongst fruity cherry notes.

Additional Info

Vineyards of controlled production located between 300 and 650 metres of altitude. Fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and 8 days maceration with autochthonous yeasts.
